Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or making a booking with Alnashra Tour and Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the traveller") and Alnashra Tour and Travels ("the company"). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available on this page.
By booking with us, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years of age, you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Our Services
Alnashra Tour and Travels provides travel planning, tour packaging, and booking services for destinations in Jammu & Kashmir, India. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Customised tour itinerary planning and consultation
- Hotel, houseboat, and resort accommodation bookings
- Ground transportation including cabs, Tempo Travellers, and coaches
- Guided sightseeing, trekking, and adventure activities
- Vaishno Devi yatra arrangements and coordination
- Airport/railway station transfers
- Permit and documentation assistance where applicable
We act as an organiser and facilitator. Individual service components (hotels, transport, activities) may be provided by third-party vendors. While we carefully vet all partners, we do not directly control their services.

Booking & Payment
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment and a written confirmation from our team. Verbal or informal commitments do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Payment Terms

Advance Deposit: A minimum of 30–50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.

Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid at least 7 days before departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted Modes: Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), cash, or other mutually agreed payment methods.

Receipts: Official receipts will be provided for all payments received.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on travel dates, season, group size, and hotel availability. We reserve the right to revise prices due to fuel surcharges, government taxes, or unforeseen cost increases, with prior notice to the customer.
Price Validity: Quoted prices are valid for 48 hours unless confirmed with a booking deposit. We cannot guarantee the same price after this window.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer

30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charge of total package cost

15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge

7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge

Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)
Cancellation by Alnashra
In rare circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, or force majeure events, we may cancel or reschedule your tour. In such cases, we will offer you the option of a full refund, a credit note, or an alternative travel date — with no additional penalty charged.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. Refunds for bookings made through bank transfer may take additional time depending on your bank.
Rescheduling: If you wish to change your travel dates rather than cancel, please contact us at least 15 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve a nominal date-change fee.

Limitation of Liability
Alnashra Tour and Travels acts as an organiser of travel services and is not directly responsible for the actions, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers including hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity providers.
- We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, political events, or force majeure
- We are not liable for loss of personal belongings, injury, or illness during travel
- We strongly recommend all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure
- Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total booking amount paid by the customer
Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all customers to purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss before travelling.

Traveller Responsibilities & Conduct
All travellers booking with Alnashra Tour and Travels agree to the following responsibilities:
- Ensure valid government-issued photo ID is carried at all times during travel
- Obtain any required permits, visas, or health certificates well in advance
- Behave respectfully towards local communities, culture, and religious sites
- Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and transport operators
- Not engage in any illegal activities during the tour
- Adhere to the itinerary; any deviation is at the traveller's own risk and cost
- Inform us promptly of any medical conditions that may affect your travel
We reserve the right to remove from the tour (without refund) any traveller whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the safety or enjoyment of other travellers or our staff.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, itineraries, logos, design elements, and graphics — is the property of Alnashra Tour and Travels and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission
- Itineraries and package designs created by us are our proprietary work and may not be shared with competing agencies
- Photographs or videos taken during tours featuring our branding may not be used commercially without consent

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
